A Day Of Thanks

We had a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving. We got to spend the day with my dad and his family and also the tail end of the Rose family Thanksgiving. It was so nice to see everyone and spend time with family. I am so incredibly thankfull for all the blesings in my life. My family, Wes and Addison (and baby brother)are my rock and I love them more than anything in the world, my extnded family for all their love and support and my friends. We are so lucky to have such a full and wonderful and healthy life and I am so thankful for that!!! TWILIGHT

Just saw Twilight, it was really good, in a cheesy teenie-bopper sort of way!!!! Went with some friends and we wet out to dinner, Bahama Breeze, YUMM and then went to he movie. I have NEVER felt sooooooo old in my life. It was overflowing with little teenagers and they were so obnoxious, oohhhing and aahhing at every stupid thing in the movie. Chering and clapping and what not, very annoying but the movie was still good. Makes me want to go finish the third one that I'm on so I can start the last one. If you read the books then I think you will enjoy the movie, but maybe try a matinee if you don't want all those annoying little teenie-boppers cheering the movie on!

6 Months Along

So far so good, I'm a little over 6 months along (25 weeks) and I feel great. The little bugger is sitting and hanging out on top of my bladder, hence a little bit of a problem if you know what I mean!!!! A little heartburn but other than that I feel really great. He's moving like crazy and I love it. We are still working on a name, were close I think though so just a bit longer and baby brother will have a name!!!!

Kids Say The Darndest Things...

Addison is playing outside and she runs indside and sees a bannana on tv and the following conversation ensues...
A: Oh mommy, I want a bannana
M: We don't have any baby, I can get you some grapes though
A: No thanks, can we go to Publix and get some bannanas...and a COOKIE!!!!!
She is HILARIOUS and too dang smart!!!!
On another note and speaking of Publix, I am not usually a big lunch meat fan but OH MY GOSH, I tried some Boar's Head sweet sliced ham and holy crap it is the BEST ham I have ever eaten, I think I have had a ham sandwhich almost everyday this week. Today I made a hot ham and swiss sandwhich and it wa absolutely HEAVENLY!!!!!

Long Time No Blog

Ok, so LONG story short, computer broke, got a new one and so now I am up and blogging, yay!!!!! So much to catch up on, mainly halloween pctures. Addison is still in the midst of the TERIBLE two's, and let me say, it's terrible. Se doesn't know what the word NO means and thinks she can have whatever she wants, hmmmmm sounds like ME!!!!!!! Oh no what have I gotten myself into? Anyways, we got Addison her new BIG girl dresser in today and so we got it all set up in her room and put her furniture in baby brother's room, yes we still have no name (although as we speak Wes is reading the baby names book--it's progress!!!!!!!). His room looks so bare though because it's just 3 pieces of furniture and nothing else, but that will come soon. I'm feeling great, a little heartburn here and there, and he's moving like crazy. YOu can actually see it on my belly now when he kicks, it's very cool!!! Addison loves to sing him songs and she loves to lift up my shirt and say hi, it's very cute.
