3 and a half weeks and we will be welcoming our little boy!!!!! I am super excited, as Addison would say, and am just so anxious to meet this little guy!!! I am 1 cm dialated and 50% effaced, not that that really means anything because I was 2-3cm and 80% effaced for 3 weeks with Addison but it IS still exciting that things are starting and getting ready for the BIG day!!!! When she told me she could feel his head I was so excited because he is actually coming out pretty soon!!!!! I still feel really good, despite the stomach bug I had a couple weeks ago where I was up every hour at night puking, ouch!!!!! My energy is still pretty up there, I guess it has to be with a 2 year old running around demanding ALL my attention. As for Miss Addison I think she is ready to meet this little guy too, she is really excited and I can't wait for her to meet him, it will be one of the most precious things ever!!!!!! I think Wes is getting pretty excited too, although he's dreading the no sleep thing but he really is looking forward to the little guy just as much as I am. We FINALLY finished his room last night and it is so perfect!!!!! I will post some pictures of it in a little bit, I just have to go in there and take them!!! It is sooooooo cute and I just love going in there and sitting in his chair and staring at everything, same thing I did in Addison's nursery!!!! I picked out his coming home outfit and it is soooooooo cute and darling and I just can't wait to see him in it and cuddle him and smell him and love all over him, can you tell I'm really really excited!!!!!! On another note, I have been really really behind on posting to this blog and updating pics so I will put a bunch of this past months pics up in our Kodak Gallery website which I will do today and post a link to it, so in the meantime I will go photograph his nursery!!!!! Oh, and another BIG thing is we FINALLLLLLLLLY came up with a name. Right before the baby shower Wes said he really really wasn't feeling Jackson and I knew deep down that even though that is like my FAVORITE boy name ever I couldn't see him as a Jackson either, sooooo after much debate and arguing and begging and pleading for Wes to really think about it and for us to compromise on a name we finally decided on, drum roll please, PRESTON THOMAS ROSE!!!!!!We both really like it and Addison has finally come around to it too. Now when anyone asks her his name she no longer says baby Jackson she says "Preston Thomas Rose" really fast and always his whole name, not just Preston, it's really cute!!!!
So I am 8 months pregnant now and am so excited that I only have less than 2 months to go!!!!! I am feeling great and am so anxious to meet my little guy. We finally settled on a name on Christmas and his name is going to be Jackson Kenneth Rose. Addison has been calling him baby Jackson FOREVER now and so we thought we couldn't let her down and of course I love the name and Kenneth is Wesley's dad's name. Addison is so excited about baby brother and she asks almost every day if we can push him out yet. I really think she is going to be a great Big Sister, maybe a little rough at first, but I think she will be a little mommy and be a huge help. I have to admit I am a little bit scared because taking care of 2 kids all by myself sounds a little daunting and hectic but I'm sure that we will fall into a routine in no time and I am looking forward to all of it!!!!!! We did get a sneak peek at little Jackson on my birthday and that made it extremely real to me and made m even more excited about having a little boy. He just seems so real now and he moves a lot. A lot more than Addison does and he's really funny because he likes m to lie a certain way and when I do he kind of rests his little feet down comfortably but if I flip to the other side he gets mad and his feet start going crazy until I flip back to his "preferred side." It's quite hilarious and it make me laugh!!!! Sometimes he likes to play around and kick me on my right side (his "preferred" side) and I will try to feel his little foot and as soon as I feel it he pulls it in and kind of "hides" it farther back on my right side, and last night I felt around and I found it and he jumped like I caught him and found his little footie, it was really cool, might sound a little nuts but it really was cute! I now these next few weeks are going to fly by so I am trying to take it all in and spend as much time with Addison as I can and cherish the little time he has left inside me because I just love that part, love feeling him move and play around and know that he is growing and maturing right inside of me, it truly is a miracle!!!!!!!!!
We went out for a yummy dinner at Bonefish Grill with some friends and then tried to go putt putt golf but it was a 3 hour wait so off to Oviedo Bowling Lanes we went!! Of course, because I was pregnant I ROCKED!!!! When I was pregnant with Addison we went bowling a lot and I always bowled sooooo good, unlike my non-pregnant self usually scoring a 50 or less I always scored over 100. So the 2nd picture is of my 144 score and Wes's 64 score!!!!!! 
For New Years Eve we had some friends over and had tons of yummy food and rocked out to Guitar Hero's World Tour. We played the drums, the guitar and sang our hearts out, I have NO idea how Addison and Ella slept through it all because we were really LOUD!!! After we rang in the New Year we switched to some Dance Dance Revolution and I got Wes on video rocking out, hilarious!!!
We are big gator fans and we are hoping for a BIG "W" tonight so Addison got all dressed up in her Gator cheerleader dress to root them on...GO GATORS!!!!!!!! Kick some Sooner Bootie!!!!!!!!!!!!!
